Thank you for your interest! Use14 is not written yet. But if I find time to write it, this will be its home page, where you could track its development and download the program files.
Use14 will allow data originating from Stata 14 to be read directly into earlier versions of Stata.
In the meanwhile you may be interested in other programs that I've written to transfer data between different Stata versions.
